So I've been dieting pretty hard now for about 6 weeks... bf%'s definitely dropped... but my mid-section still looks like shit.

At what bf% do y'all think one should start working out abs? I mean at what bf% do y'all think you'd actually be able to tell whether one works abs or not?

Well isn't that some bullshit... it says I have 840 something posts... I know in actuality I have like 1200-1300...???
 
Around 10% and lower

But shouldn't you be working abs all the time (esp during bulking) so you'll have big abdominal muscles to show when you are 10% and lower????

And where'd all your posts go? Maybe the sock monster got'em.

lol... well, GETTING down to 10% is the hard part... for me anyway.

Yeah, I'm a little pissed about the post count.

Yeah I know what you're talkin about re: bf%, mine likes to hover around 15%-20% most of the year. It's work getting it down to 10ish% for me too. Some people hover at 8%-10% normally (I hate'em) and their struggle is getting down to 4% (like I said - hete'em). j/k

Add some fat to your diet... it sounds crazy but its key... some flax oil and eat an avocado daily...

this non digestable flax actually binds to stored bodyfat and helps reduce overall body fat...
