What is the max time you can train at one time? also how much rest does each muscle need?

the beauty of gear is that it allows you (me) to train a very long time with increased energy and stamina, especially if I am eating right. However, this can very easily lead to overtraining so go intense but don't overdo it, especially if this is your first cycle. I had to slow down about week 4 because of a reflare of tendonitis in my elbows. it is gone now but thats my bodies way of telling me I am going to fast and need to slow down. I had to figure out my own pace and I am loving it now. Now I only work out about 1 hour at the most with weights, maybe 1.5 hours if I add cardio to the end of that. Remember sleep and diet are just as if not more important that the lifting. You grow muscles when you sleep not in the gym. :D

yea yea lol!! you da man! but how many times do you work the same muscle like couple of days or what

On Monday, I do back and bis and deads. then some light cardio.

Tuesday - Chest tris calves and some light cardio

Wednesday- Cardio

Thursday - shoulders/neck/abs and cardio

Friday - Legs including ATF squats, calves, stiff deads, etc.

Saturday I stay home and eat and sleep.

Sunday I eat and sleep.

SOMETIMES I mix this up and change it up for example I will start the week with legs and reverse the whole schedule as I find my body responds to s shock in the workout VERY well. Some guys train in a split but that wears me out to much and I will overtrain. SO to answer your question, the only muscle I work out multiple times in a week is my calves as they are my weakest link. You will have to find what works for you in my opinion.

Don't forget about delts also I do tris on delt day because your tris get worked hard on chest day so I want a day where I can really blast tris without them already being tired from my chest exercies.

I do chest, back, off, shouldes, legs, arms, off in that order. Wayne I can't possibly imagine doing deads and SLDL in the same week. I can only do one or the other but I do them very heavy. I think doing both wouldn't allow for your back to ehal properly.

And my workouts only take like 35-40 minutes tops. I'm sure we all know those people who brag about spending 2 or 3 hours in the gym everyday thinkin they are hardcore but have looked the same since you have known them.

I was doing them for about a year that way and now almost 9 weeks into my cycle with never a problem. To claraify I do usually do heavy on one and lighter on the other and then switch that next week. My back has always been my strong point and it works for me.
