Toxicity Warning Signs

Maybe this doesn't belong here, but it is related to AS. Could someone please tell me the warning signs for

a) liver
b) kidneys

when they're in trouble! I gotta very mild pain in my lower back on the righthand side where I assume one of my kidney's must be. I'm on a very light 17aa (ox) cycle. I wanna just blank it out, but don't wanna do any longterm damage. When is it time to stop? When you feel pain/when you start pissing blood/when you skin turns yellow?

Some warning signs for liver trouble are your skin and whites of your eyes turning yellow.

Signs of kidney trouble are dark urine or pissing blood, pain in the lower back.

How much water are your drinking a day? If you suspect the pain in your lower back is your kidneys try to up your water intake to 2 gallons a day, drink lots of cranberry juice and take some cranberry extract. I drink 2 gallons a day minimum, usually a lot more and I never have any problems. Sure I piss a lot but its better than damaging your kidneys.

Pain in lower back is ambigious, but can surely be a sign of kidney damage.

Highlander, you could see a doc or

take Saw Palmetto ASAP and drink tons of water. If everything turns into normal, you are on the right track.
