Total test LESS than 1.0 ng/mL (100 ng/dL) WTF?

Can natural test recover itself after dipping this low?
Maybe with HCG, Clomid/tamoxifen, or aromatase inhibitors.

At first I thought it would be a conversion mistake. I t
But they listed normal values as 2.8-8 ng/mL for someone my age (40 y.o).
According to
Testosterone Conversion - Free tool to converting the testosterone level
those reference values equal 280-800 ng/dl
quite close to 300 ng/dl usually considered to be the lower limit.

Free test is only 0.80 pg/ml with reference range of 12.40-40 pg/ml

Now just got referred to an endocrinologist. Got an appointment the next week.
WTF could have caused to get test so extremely low?
I got really sick with treatment resistant borderline anemia, severe fatigue, aching joints and ankylosing spondylitis.
I did some moderate cycles, but more than 15 years ago.

Test got reduced from 18.2 to 13.8 nmol/L. About 525 to 380 ng/dl. Not enough to shutdown test production completely as GP wants me to believe.
