That is pretty low. Can you still crack a nut or are you pretty much impotent? Come back in a year - WTF??? Hormone replacement therapy might be in your future if you cannot raise that level some.

If I were you I'd get another doctor. If you have civilian health insurance it shouldn't be hard to get another doctor and get a second, and third opinion. I'm in the VA system and there's only one endo in the whole state who is a total bitch which has sucked until recently. I just qualified for full medicaid and I went to see a new endo today at Shands and he switched me to 100mg of depo test a week. He still sucks and doesn't know anything about estrogen management but it's better than the damn VA. If I bring him studies he's willing to take a look and try some different options like HCG.
If I were you I would at least try some HCG with an anti estrogen or clomid before you go the HRT route. My life has been hell for the last 5 years because they never tried HCG. I have to drive to the clinic downtown every week or so just to get a shot, my cholesterol is high, my blood pressure is high, I have way too much nervous energy without meds to balance me out, my liver enzymes are up, and I probably can't have any more kids, and that's just for starters. I work at a freaking health food store and I'm probably the most anal health nut who still eats meat that there is. I fast, do body cleanses, eat according to the food laws in the bible, stay away from soy, take a multi, cod liver oil, CO Q10, zinc, saw palmetto, etc... every day, and drink tons of Penta water and I'm still all screwed up. I'm sure you don't want all those headaches so at least try HCG first and see what happens. I know that my case represents the most extreme things that could happen but it's still possible, especially if your endo doesn't know what the hell he/she is doing!

try running a pct as mentioned above for sure, then wait a couple months get tested again, if still low under 300, you may be on the road for hrt. i would even through in some otc shit tribulus, zma, ect but b4 you get tested again make sure you have not taken anything in a month or so, you want natural test readings. good luck.. ohh yea find another doc if you can, seems to me at your level he/she should have at least tried hcg/ nolva to see if they can be boosted back.

Most HRT clinics will treat you <390 , google "Testoserone therapy." Many will talk to you on the phone, send them your results and they will hook you up , "for a price"
But it's much cheaper to make your doctor give you treatment.
Mine was 280 , my doctor said that 280 was in acceptable range. I said I want test, he said no problem. I'll bet 3 out of 4 doctors would give you test if you are 269. Be sure to use terms like "quality of life"
