total newbie to roids ?

Rubixcube1, I would advise you to learn how to gain at least 15-20 pounds of muscle mass with natural diet and training before you use any drug. However, you seem quite intent on using AAS right now. May I ask, what kind of training do you do? How long have you been doing it? What kind of rsults have you gotten? Whats your diet like?

Go to the gym 4 days a week. I got a REALLY fast metabolism caused by something called chrones disease. It is a disease that affects the small intestine and I had a sever rush of it when I was younger which is what kept me short. For me to gain weight like a normal person, I'd have to eat twice as much as a 'normal' person. If I stop working out for even one week, everything that was gained is practically lost. Which is why I plan to do this cycle. Maybe this will be the one and only as all I'm looking for is a base that will hopefully stay. I eat 3 meals a day, but sometimes incomplete as I'm in school and don't really watch it. If you, silent method, or anyone else can help me come up with a diligent diet plan, that'd be cool because I know I can follow directions that other people give :).

first things first, 3 meals won't cut it. If you're intent enough to inject foreign substances into your body, then you should have the determination to start eating 5-6 meals a day. 4 days in the gym should be fine for now, just make sure your intensity is high. But i can't stress teh food part enough. I always thought it was impossible for me to gain any weight, and decided to do gear. Well before I did anything, I started eating a ton more food. Well guess what, I went up 20 lbs in 2 months... So make sure your diet is really good, and i think you'll be fine. That, and make sure you get some sleep. 8 hour would be good

This is got to be a joke. My fuckin dog weighs more than you!

I eat 3 meals a day, but sometimes incomplete as I'm in school and don't really watch it

And you want to juice? :FRlol:

Go to Wendy's every night at 1am and get a triple. Then head to sheets and eat a half dozen donuts. Then throw in 200mgs of deca, 250mgs of test, and 37.5 mgs of Fina a day and you may hit 115.

Actually, I would have no idea how to dose someone that weighs as much as my leg.

Bro you absolutely must eat more then 3 meals a day. You have to eat at least 5x a day, this is the core of your problem. Steroids won't work miracles, if you don't eat right and train right they will do nothing.

You realize your risk of cancer may be increased as much as 20 ties due to here is a partial list of dietary guidlines you may be interested in...

Crohn's Disease

Crohn's disease occurs normally between the ages of 14 and 32. However, there are more cases being reported in children and other ages. The attacks may occur every few months the every few years and if the disease continues for several years then bowels can be damaged. The disease may increase chances for cancer by perhaps as much as 20 times. Symptoms may include loss of appetite, weight loss, abdominal pains, diarrhea, rectal bleeding, fever, headaches, and digestive problems. Crohn's is not contagious and its cause is still not known. Studies seem to indicate that free radical damage could be involved and a lack of vitamins C and E could be a factor.

Some more info for the rest of us...
Living with Chrones Crohn's disease

Crohn's is an autoimmune disease. By this, we mean, that the body thinks that another part of the body is a foreign object. Because of this, the immune system begins to attack that part of the body trying to kill it (like rheumatoid arthritis). Crohn's is a disease where the immune system believes that the intestines and stomach is a foreign object. It is reported by the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation of America that one million Americans suffer with Crohn's and Colitis.

Mostly, this manifests itself in severe stomach pains mainly after eating meals, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and rectal bleeding. Often, patients cannot finish their meals without pain. In these cases, a meal substitution like Ensure helps. Another over-the-counter product that helps is Pedialyte. These help the body from becoming dehydrated.

Welcome to the board, keep reading and doing your research, you have plenty of time to start gear, at 5'3

I would wait another year before I start gear.

At your age I was 5'3 and grew 3 more inches by the time I was 23

Now at 51 I think I am starting to shrink.
I agree wait. Did you ever go to a doc about HGH thearpy. It may not be to late. I am being serious here too!

Peace
