Total insanity in San Diego

Just read this in the North Counrty times a couple of days ago.

Guy gets busted and tried for running an escort business in Carlsbad (north part of San Diego.. VERY expensive, VERY conservative village/town).

he gets 29 FUCKING YEARS IN PRISON FOR PANDERING AND SOLICITATION.

Thats THREE TIMES the average sentence for a child molestor or rapist and more time than the average murderer.

here is a guy who is basically managing the sell of sex between CONSENTING adults and they are going to take up space in a prison for 29 years..

am I the only person to see how completely fucking insane our courts are????

(and yes I know the guy will probably get parole in 1/3 that time.)


First off:.. prostitution shouldnt be illegal.. women would be a lot nicer in general if they had some more competition from a guarantee..Second: most of the crime associated with pros are because it IS illegal instead of regulated.. and C: even IF you disagree about the legality.. the guy is just a pimp.. there were no drugs, underage minors, criminal conspiracy charges.. he should get probation, fines and com,munity service..

BUT prison. What a fucking joke. That fucking judge deserves to be assasinated.
