Torn Rib muscle or ligament

Hey Guys,

I pulled a ligament or muscle right under my chest muscle… something attached to my rib. It was about two weeks ago, I gave it 1 week rest, but it still bothers me. The more I massage it, the more it hurts.

Besides rest, is there any ointment that I can apply like tiger balm and etc to actually heal it? I don’t care about the pain.
