About 6 weeks ago I was sprinting in a game of basketball and It felt like a rubberband in the middle of my quad stretched and then snaped back. It was so painfull it almost brought me to tears.
I took a few weeks off of no activity and then slowly worked on the bike at the gym, and then jogging on the treadmill, along with leg presses with no weight- wich before the injury was up to 10 45# plates on each side.
Well I was taking easy during a pickup game when I came down on it weird and then the same feeling of it snapping happened again

What do I need to do to heal this thing? Would a cycle of anavar help with this? How long should I do nothing?
I am so frustated of being like this, I am getting weaker by the day, I havent been able to do much in the gym as well as my A game turning to chit.
