Torn pec......

....Tracy Satterfield a 600+ bencher in my home town tore a pec completely off the bone last week.


Interestingly - the weight that did the damage was over 100 pounds less than his max....however, he was NOT wearing his customary bench shirt.

The original post is kinda interesting because one of the biggest benchers on the PL board lifts big without a shirt too.
