I have been using it on and off. I have severe carpal tunnel in both left and right side. To the point where the tingles and the pains become completely unbearable for me. My Doc prescribed me 2,400 mg ibuprofen, which hasn't done crap but tear up my belly...
Anyways, I have used this product for a few days sporadically and I can say that it is helpful for me. It does assist me some, though I have not taken it enough to notice a dramatic difference yet. I am sure a few days of using it a long with a standard use of it would help me know more, instead of using it here and there. LOL
