If you wish to BULK--you must have a large calorie SURPLUS.

If you wish to CUT--you must have a calorie DEFECIT.

It doesn't matter WHICH STEROID you use! If you eat, you GROW. If you diet, you CUT.

It is a misconception that "Winny and VAR make you cut", or that "you can't cut on dbol or test".....SURE--certain compounds are BETTER SUITED for BULKING(drol,tren,nandrolone), while other WEAKER steroids that confer less of an anabolic effect can be utilized to preserve muscle while dieting. HOWEVER--you can BULK on VAR, and CUT on TEST. It is all about your DIET!

Alot of people are too concerned with WHAT DRUGS THEY WILL BE TAKING, but not concerned ENOUGH about their diet/training regimen. Drugs should only SUPPLELEMENT your efforts--not your efforts supplementing your drugs. Focus 1st and foremost on your DIET and your training routine, and then figure out your cycle, based on your goals.

Steroids are not miracle pills. Without proper nutrition(and knowledge of proper exercise), steroids are a waste of your time, money, energy, and health.

Well then all we need is a diet to look good then right? Cuz i look like your picture 365 days a year on or off..Hell i dont event have to eat right to look like that either..If i want to add more weight of course is have to eat more.I really dont believe that people event stick to a solid diet like they claim unless there competeing...Simple math,once you got it, you will always have it.Its not hard to maintain size and look,...Hell people in prison are huge and they dont event have a so called miracle diet there either..Bottom line you need to eat right but its only one small part of the key to geting bigger..People fail to realize that if you work hard all day and then lift at night thats a big load on your muscles and your might be getting like what? 5 6 hours a sleep maybe? So now you need tons of fuel to feed your body,you have very little time to let your muscles heal.Compared to me which i do nothing but workout and rest all day and eat.So i need about half of the fuel the worker does and i get twice the rest so ill grow faster! BB dont do nothing but lift eat and sleep too..So there is alot more factors then just what you posted as top secert! Everyones different fat people grow and lose different then skinny people do... Just my insight too

IMO, the gear in the cycle is irrelavent(95% of the time). Meaning you can cut and bulk on any gear you chose to(95% of the time).
Diet is the key(100% of the time). I can think of two or three compounds that stand out as "cutters" and "bulkers". One is primo. I wouldn't use this if bulking. It has such a great effect on hardening and shape while in a low caloric state. Masteron is another I would only use for cutting because this is usually used during contest prep(which I do not do) to help vascularity and positive nitrogen balance. One more......deca. Wouldn't use it in a cutter. Gain way to much strength and water on it. My .02.

but the bro has a good point!

we have thousanda of threads on the anabolic board, and fewer less on the diet and training boards.

perhaps people should re-evaluate their diet/training before coming on the anabolic board.
