BB curls (strict form..cheating on the last few reps of last set fine..cheating on reps 1-whatever not good!! there are quite a few 130+ curlers in my gym only 1 has decent bi's!!!) point being his arms were prolly meant to grow no matter what he does for them, yes there is prolly a better way for him but thats his concern not mine..

incline curls
hammer curls
reverse curls...

... not all on the same day of course

I hear you bro, that is a good idea, I do it every once in awhile, just dont make a habit out of it...also I like to hit forearms with other movements

Ive recently started doing preachers with a DB, so I dont know how well it does.
