i dont listen to music with resistince training, its not neccesary it seems. but while doing cardio Its a must, I also will listen to something Heavy, Pantera, Soulfy, Hatebreed, Fearfactory, mudvayne, ect.....for somer reason I can easily go forever without a problem while doing high intesity long duration cardio as long as I have on good music, and concentrate on something such as slut x fiance or my goal physique...
