I'm currently 16, im 5'9" 175 and an avid football player. On one hand i dont want to stunt my growth, on the other i want to excell enough at football to reach my goal of playing college. The problem is that my highschool years are running out. Should i juice? Yes? No? if so, what would be a more mild cycle, one to maybe get me to a lean 190
