im on juice right now but am not getting the intensity desired. after i do back my bi's are too worn out to get a good work out with.. do you think i should do bi's first and then back?? i do forearm when i do bi's and i like to do that last because the pump makes it hard to move my arms. can i do bis-then back- then forearms?

bi's first and then back!!!! what what what!!! big no no. never work a smaller muscle like biceps b4 a bigger muscle like the back, especially when the biceps are involved with back movements. except if u have a perfect back of course and just want to priortize the biceps. im sureu dont though. hehe so stick with what i said. i personally do back and biceps on the same day but u can do them on another day if u want and if your recovery ability permits it.

Do you do less sets for bi's because they get worked during back?

bro first of all working back and biceps is not recommended or common among elite bb's, just like working your chest and triceps is totally ignorant also, when working out you always want to do a movement that is going to work opposite the main muscle. When your doing back almost all the back lifts when performed you are pulling which is working the bicep, to get an even and symmetrical aspect you would want to work the tricep.....When doing chest you are pushing which pumps the tricep, so you want to work the opposite side which would be the bicep......does this make sense to you now, and put in perspective why your bicep is totally trashed when doing back, you should then do the tricep.

Exactly - or try working arms on their own day from time to time (kind of like an "off day" workout). Bis, tris, forearms, and go home.

I hate doing bis period! But , they have to be done. And I do them with back also. Sometimes I skip them though, only because deads, shrugs, chins, and rows take care of them pretty good. Bis are like calves and can be done everyday! Just look at ARNOLD! He was way overtrained and did everything eod, but LOOK AT THOSE BIS! Awesome! Why, because they still responded to being trained eod. I also train chest/shoulders/tris on the same day.............galaxy
