I am just starting a cylce of aratest, winny and finaplix I am trying to keep my mass but loose some bf percentage. But I am a student at WCSU where I also play football and it is hard to eat right so I eat at the cafe, and the really only healthy thing to eat are eggs in the morning with cottage cheese and for lunch and dinner i have one or two tuna sandwichs with one slice of cheese and then ill put more tuna on the side and ill have a little salad. SO im guessing i am eating about three or four cans of tuna EVERYDAY maybe the weekends if I go home if I have off of football I eat a little better but any ideas on where to get a little more protein from not protein shakes or bars i have two of them a day..Remember I am in college so I can't eat good chicken and meats....Also how does my cycle look????
