Too Much tuna

I am just starting a cylce of aratest, winny and finaplix I am trying to keep my mass but loose some bf percentage. But I am a student at WCSU where I also play football and it is hard to eat right so I eat at the cafe, and the really only healthy thing to eat are eggs in the morning with cottage cheese and for lunch and dinner i have one or two tuna sandwichs with one slice of cheese and then ill put more tuna on the side and ill have a little salad. SO im guessing i am eating about three or four cans of tuna EVERYDAY maybe the weekends if I go home if I have off of football I eat a little better but any ideas on where to get a little more protein from not protein shakes or bars i have two of them a day..Remember I am in college so I can't eat good chicken and meats....Also how does my cycle look????
It's not the size of the dog in the fight, It's the size of the fight in the dog!

What About Pizza?

Tuna and eggs bro, i'd get sick of that quick. When I get on the juice I plan on eating huge, I don't know if this is exactly what you want since you want to cut the BF%. But, if you were to go get a couple frozen pizzas, like 4 / $10, and they only take 18 min. to make, you can see how great they are. Even though they have more fat then you might like, they still have about 70g Protein each. I think pizza tastes a little better then tuna and eggs also. Hope this helps bro, good luck.

soy nuts are really high in protein also none salted peanut butter isn't bad but sparingly. If you have an oven on your floor cook some baked pototoes. yogurt non fat

if your looking to cut fat and keep muscle your gonna have to have a good diet bro. the tuna in my book is a must. I like to eat chicken, eggs, and red meat along with my tuna. red meat, whether it be lunch 3/4 lb. of lunch meat or a nice steak, is great for the goal your trying to reach.

hey cuz check out the diet section. my personal favorites are chicken breast and tuna. tuna may get old but it is so worth it to be ripped i eat a shit load of tuna and my friends give me shit about how strict i am with my diet but why even work out if your just going to eat like a slob. If you have a microwave then get some microwave chicken breasts. or buy a forman grill for your dorm room. you can also get canned chicken breast that is pre cooked. eat a lot of leafy vegtables drink milk. i don't know what else to suggest. these are just the things that i use to get in my meals all day long. hope it works out for you good luck

"Its not the size of the dog in the fight, but the size of the fight in the dog"

I agree but it sure does help when that dog with alot of fight is 300lbs.

Milk is defintely a good option. It is cheap and healthy. Try some soymilk too to help protect your heart from high cholesterol while on cycle.

People here sneer at vegetable sources of protein, but if you are open-minded a cheap way to up your protein intake would be to buy some bulk lentils and bulk brown rice and combine them in a meal. Together they form a perfect protein (just as bioavailable as any animal protein). The complex carbs will be good for you too - lots of vitamins.

Best of luck.
