Too much lifting???

I am starting a cycle of finaplix, winny, and aratest. My routine while I am cycling is.
Day 1: Chest, Bi's, Tri's
Day 2: Legs, calves, forearms
Day 3: Back, Shoulders
Day 4: Off ( Cardio)
Day 5: repeat day 1
Day 6: repeat day 2
Day 7: repeat day 3
I do cardio and abs 4-5 times a week.
I also follow this program while I am not cycling. I do every excersie 4 sets, and 10 reps. I am not sure if this is good. I have read that while you are on a cycle that you recover much much faster, but then I see routines and they are only like 5 days and one body part a day. So I am woundering if this is a good routine. This cycle I am trying to keep my mass but get more cut thats why I have the winny and finaplix. Any ideas on lifting and how my cycle looks.
It's not the size of the dog in the fight, It's the size of the fight in the dog!

So then what would you guys recomend to do while i am on my cycle like how should i train? how does my cycle look also?

does anyone have any other suggestions i could really use them in both my lifting and my cycle ????????????

I'm doing almost the same exact split, but I usually do two days on, one day off. And when I work really hard I'll go one day on, one day off. Just depends on how I feel. I tried the 3 day on one off, but it'll catch up to you in a few weeks, and you'll be too tired to train. So add some more rest days, but keep the same split. I've been getting good results by doing that.

If you do 2 on, one off, you'll hit each muscle once every 4 days. I think thats enough time for rest and recuperation.

Here's my split:

Mon: Arms
Tues: Rest
Wed: Chest
Thurs: Rest
Fri: Back/shoulders
Sat: Legs
Sun: Rest

My split is a 3 on 1 off. I happen to enjoy my time in the gym, it is like my camp and place for me to focus on other things then school.

Like I said i do a 3 on 1 off but this will give you an idea.

Mon: Chest tris
Tues: Back Bis
Wed: Legs
Thurs: Off
Fri: Traps Shoulders
Sat: Repeat
Sunday: Or any other day before my second transition I always do total body> I pick 1 exercise for every body part and hit it for 4 sets. That day is usually higher reps.

I only do this routine when im on a cycle

FOr what it's worth. I do mine like so.
Mon chest and calves
tues back, hams and rear delts
wed off
thurs legs and shoulder
fri bi and tris
sat off
sun off
BamBam

Where's the power day or grip day? Squats, Hang Cleans, Farmers Walk, maybe you forgot to put those onto your workout?

Here's my split:

Clean
Squat
Press
Grip
Torso/Abs

One exercise each, low reps, HIGH intensity.

It is called Dinosaur Training, Live by it, you will grow like none other. I used to do the typical training splits like you fellas, but with the help of some friends, I've finally seen the light and the dividends are paying off big time!

You guys are helping me out a lot. So when I am doing a cycle I should lift more or less? And I do squat, cleans, deadlifts, and bench as my core lifts, i do each one twice a week so i didnt' forget to put those in my workout. Everyone is responding to my workout but not to my cycle how does that look. Also what is a good split to do to get some mass and get cut.
It's not the size of the dog in the fight, It's the size of the fight in the dog

your problem is solved!!!!! Unless you want to look like a GQ model you cant get Huge and Ripped at the same time.....

All I have to say is lift as heavy and intense as possible. Stick to your basic movements. Training is in the heart. You and only you will know how often you have to workout. Everyone is diffrent.

I understand what you are saying about how I only know how much I lift I lift 6 times a week hitting every body part but thething I am not sure is when I am on a cycle should I lift the same or less? This fina, winny, and aratest, will be my third overall cycle and Im pumped about it my first one was omnadren, second was winny, clen, and aratest, and to put some tone on but keep my mass i am doing. I lift intence every day everyone asks me how do you stay in the gym everyday, my responce is you get out what you put in. So do you understand what I was asking. How much during a cycle should one lift, and does this look like a good cutting cycle"?

I have recently starting training 5 days per week instead of 3 or 4. However, my workout time for each session is 30 minutes max. Its working quite well.

I don't think anyone who's read your post knows what you're talking about, including me...first you want advice on training, then you throw down your cycle, but don't ask what you want us to critique about it. So what do you want from us? Give us details, then we'll help...

To all who posted if you all seem confused I am sorry. My problem is this many people tell me that I am buring myself out by lifting three days on and on day off and so on. So i decided to only do one body part a day giving me a five day work out or six days with the power day I put in. What is a good way to make a five day split. And also I am starting a cycle of finaplix, winny, and ara-test. I want to keep the mass I already have but I am doing the winny and fina as a cut and streght cycle. What is a good way to cycle it? Many people say use aratest as a base and what not I could really use some help in the aspects of how to set this cycle up thanks...

Cycle: 600mg of Aratest/week; 75mg/Fina; 50mg ED Winny

Training: It's always best to back off, epecially when you're not cycling. Overtraining is the leading cause of lack in progress amongst lifters, and second being lack of focus and intensity. If you're dead set on doing a "bodybuilding" type of workout, the do what you stated in your last post.

I would suggest that if you have a question that is quite dofferent from the original question in the thread - start a new thread.

Your thread seems to be about overtraining, next you are asking for cycle recommendations ....... you are confusing your readers.

Start a new thread if you have a cycle question.
