Too much fiber?

Are there are any side effects (less absorption of food) from taking in lots of fiberous foods while bulking? I'm eating so much oatmeal, veggies and beans (along with meat) that I'm crapping about twice a day. Is that bad?
 
It would irritate your intestine

and fiber from bran usually contains phytic acid that decreases some mineral absorption
