too much EFA?

i know most ppl recommend 2tbs a day of flax or udo's but how much is 'too much'?

I've never heard of any upper limits that bridge toward an unhealthy amount. The EFA's are very sensitive to light, heat, and air, so in the case where they go rancid they can pose health risks. I really don't know how this compares to everyday risks, though.
