Too much B Complex?

I am using oxandralone and got some minor acne that I wanted to get rid off with B5. no plain old B5 at GNC so I got "B 100" which has other B vitamins in it. I know Niacin can make me flush but I really want 2 to 3 hundred milligrams of B5 and there is only 100 per serving. If you are fimiliar with "b100" from trader joes is there any harm to too much of this.

B-Vitamins are water soluable, so no problems should arise. I cant remember for sure, but i think niacin isnt good in high doses over a prolonged period of time.

Niacin's great for raising hdl, an reducing total cholesterol and tryglecerides. I used to take 3 grams a day, after slowly building up, but it raised uric acid to much, so now I take 2250mg. I've been using it over 10 years.
btw, its the one vitamin proving to extend life,,don't ask me for the study, I forget, but its there.
