yeah he was a favorite to place in the top slots at the noc, but in the gym, when your a pro and you weigh 300 freakin lbs. you really dont have to kill yourself anymore to get big, cause your already so fuckin big, tom uses pretty heavy weights in the gym, see guys like me have to crash and nearly kill myself cause I only weigh in the 250 range, so I am still coming up, but tom when he is going nuts he trains hard and heavy, but the pros dont have to go nuts they just have to keep the muscle conditioned consistently.
