I was not expecting those kinds of results from the deca by itself, I started out at 200 and finished 8 weeks later at 230 and was able to stay at 225. I was taking in probably 350 to 400g of protein a day. My bodyfat did not go up as high as I thought it might, but I was not worried too much about that, I usually don't have much problem losing the excess in the spring. I was eating lots of steak, not so lean cuts, NY Strip and Ribeye almost everyday. Just keeping the caloric intake high with lots of water, creatine, glutamine.
