Incline 185x8, 205x8, 225x4
Bench 225x5 for 3 sets

floorpress/pinpress 205x3 for 1
*** I tried for my next set and couldn't even move the bar an inch. I've known for a bit now that my triceps were hindering all my pushing movements I just wasn't aware of how badly they were. I've done 275x4 on bench and realize now it was just my chest/shoulders exploding the weights up and the tri's not doing crap. My tri's are so weak during a pushing movement and so strong during an extension it's rather odd.

Skullcrushers- ez curl bar with a 55 on each side 5 for 3 sets.
