Olympic squat (Sitting on calves)

315 x 4 x 4 (Felt light)

Russian Good Mornings
155 x 8 x 3

Close grip Bench in rack
255 x 6 x4

Lying bar ext
115 x 6 x 4

Hammer Incline Press (close Grip)
360 x 5 x 3

ROpe pressdown
150 x 12 x 3

Hammer Curl
50's x 6 x 3

That was is it. In and out in under an hour.
 
Cold is much better, training twice a day = no no

Do you knees move past your toes when you full squat?
 
Probably, 315 felt really light, I just wanted to have a good base to start from.

Rev, I've noticed your numbers have been climbing rather steadily, nice work bro. How is the cold?
 
What about the knees, do they go outward or straight? And is your back straight or bent at 45 degree angle. I'm asking all of this because I want to know how someone with a lot of experience, like you, does it
 
My knees go out, but that is because of my squat stance. (I go toe out.) My back remains as straight as possible, but I always have an arch in it. I also carry the bar higher up on my traps.
