Yes. And how many beginners/intermediates come in here ask for a new routine for chest or arms and all they need something less specific, like 5x5 or another type of routine that works the body as a whole piece.

Today's BB one bodypart once a week sucks big time.
 
Did you all ready read that blog, or did you see my post on the shrugs page? I don't know who the guy is that is posting all these articles, but I have spent hours reading through it. Every time I start lacking motivation I go to that blog and read the Bill Starr articles. Whoever keeps that thing deserves a fucking medal for making all of that knowledge available in one place.

Well I can't give medals but sure I'll do my part by showing this blog to every weightlifting passionate I possible can. The guy surely deserves it.

I'm doing that atm and it's workin wonders for me bro...if you lift heavy enough, your train often enough, eat big enough and sleep well enough, you're going to grow...no secret here lol
