Today was a good day!

Okay so I was supposed to do chest and back yesterday, but I was being lazy. No school, no work, exhausted from studying too much... so I slept all day. Today I made up my workout though. Even before I went I was feeling sluggish and tired, but I knew I needed to get in there because tomorrow is legs and I didn't wanna skip a workout. Anyhow, I did my cardio first because that's my most hated part of the workout then I went to weights. I think I've discovered that my chest is the weakest part of my body. I'm not sure how to count the bar on Smith but I had up to 75 lbs in plates and did drop sets from there, regular bench and decline. I felt so weak, but then again everyone starts somewhere. The trainer had to help me a little. I'm definately gonna feel it tomorrow. I did other exercises for chest and back but the bench was my most difficult today. I guess my reason for posting is just to share my experience and look for some positive feedback. My friends think its good that I'm working out, but they see it totally different than you guys n' gals would. Thanks EF!
