Now that Neckbrace and I have both lifted the restraining orders(Against each other) we have agreed to meet up today to settle up on pretty much my terms.I'm getting all my work shit back, the ring, and most of my money she borrowed as well wish me luck this is gonna suck.If anyone needs me I will be at The IP casino spending the loan the way it should be spent.

Too much drama. How can people live with so much drama in their lives?

UPDATE!!!!Def no resolution as for some reason she still wont give the ring back Did get most of money and her sisters comp card to use for a room At The Casino.Mom has to be put in a nursery home tomm(So I do Feel Kind Of Bad) I think we are going out to dinner tonight whatever If we dont Im gettin a CL hooker lined up but the pickins in biloxi are kinda slim right now.

Okay, after 6+ years of watching daytime court shows, I can honestly tell you, the obligation to return the ring is dependent on who broke off the engagement:

1. If she broke it off, she should return it.

2. If you broke it off, she has the right to keep it.

3. If it was a mutual thing, she should return it, but then that would mean it's a civilized breakup and we wouldn't be having this discussion.

She's already sold the ring, which is how she came up with the money to pay you back.

Thx 4 Mo'ing up Shrimpy's "Today is gonna suck thoughts and prayers needed please" thread

You could MO-up Paris Hilton deep-throating a hotdog while riding a sex machine.

Just sayin'

Paris Hilton?

Cum on, that's the best you got?

I'll confess. I don't know who the contemporary hotties are. I come from the Susan Anton / Farah Fawcett / Cheryl Tiegs generation.

but yet you can rattle off People's Magazine 10 hottest men annual list verbatim for the last 8 years faster than a Texas cattle auctioneer

I'm just disturbed (but not surprised) that you even know the list exists.

This has already been decided by a Federal Appeals Court....the ring is contingent on the marriage and it always returns to the buyer. Those daytime court shows are voluntary mediations entered into by the parties involved and are only binding for the parties involved...not case law. When I started with the prosecutors office they assigned me to mediation...I've never dealt with so many stupid people in such a short period of time that should have been able to resolve their problems without a government mediator and just a little common sense.

Sorry you had to listen to me pissing yesterday when we talked, but it was the only freetime I had to call you back all day.

Shrimp call me back today I can talk to neckbrace now ngr.

Neckbrace and I are trying to come up with a solution to still see one another with out killing each other

Too much drama. How can people live with so much drama in their lives?

it's a twisted addiction.

some people need it, and dont even realize they do. Just like some people are actually addicted to emotional pain. the more energy you feed mental pain or anguish, the more powerful it becomes.

a *little* drama here and there is actually healthy in a relationship, because it keeps things interesting and people on their toes. a drama free relationship usually doesn't last because it grows stale
