Toco 8 dosing?

hey guys toco 8 is 60 servings per container, now that is 2 month supply, so i must ask it says take one leveled scoop daily (one serving)

for effectiveness should it be dosed just 1time a day aka 60 days, or twice for 30 days?

Toco 8 is pretty much a blend of Vitamin E. It doesn't matter much how it's used. It'll do what Vitamin E does.

I just took a scoop 3 or 4 times a week.
crap forgot i still got a bit left i should use up lol..
