mustang i think you r one of the most knowledgeable person on here so i turn to you with my ?s.how do u know when your body is saying your over doing it.i have been working out 9 days in a row.im feeling tired but istill want to work out more.my muscles feel stiff but not sore.what are the signs?thanks bro
 
i am not mustang....but i can tell you you're overdoing it....the body needs time to recover...:eek:

Just a word of wisdom. More is not always better, and also the 3most important keys to getting big is:
Nutrition, REST, training.
Let your body rest, and you will be suprise of the results.

If know I have overworked my body because I start to feel real tired and sore and sometimes it is hard for me to fall a sleep, also my strength is not the up to normal. Try training like this:
Monday-Chest and Abs
Tuesday-Back and Legs
Wednesday-Off
Thursday-Bi's, Tri's and Forarms
Friday-Shoulders
Saturday and Sunday- Off.
Your body needs rest to grow so it is very important. See if this works for you. Good Luck!
