I believe twice a days are ok untill you get to a certain strength. Before I got into some heavy weights I could lift 2 times a day. Then I screwed up my shoulder and was out for 8 months. Thats where the gear came in. I lost everything I had done naturally over a 2 year period of time and said fuck it, I'm gettin back and gettin back quick. Be carefull with heavy weight.
