When on A's can you train to much. I want to stay in the gym. Honestly I will get up extra early before work to go lift then when I get off in the evening I want to go back for more. Would this slow my gains or help?
 
every one is different, but I do think it is possible to overtrain. At what point it is hard to say, but I only workout 1 time per day. Although I might go to do cardio more
 
It is possible to overtrain - I occassionally do it. I was so jacked last Monday I decided to do 8 sets of squats - I was sore as hell the next day despite I am on. I was 100% fine the day after next though.

If you feel like hitting the gym twice do it - but listen to your body. If you need rest give it rest. We all react differently while on cycle.
 
You will recover quicker while on, But you can still over train it's always good to take a little break, for a day or two a week...
 
I believe twice a days are ok untill you get to a certain strength. Before I got into some heavy weights I could lift 2 times a day. Then I screwed up my shoulder and was out for 8 months. Thats where the gear came in. I lost everything I had done naturally over a 2 year period of time and said fuck it, I'm gettin back and gettin back quick. Be carefull with heavy weight.
