to much workout?

so wut do u do if u have coaches like me and they say u have to work out 2 times a day for 4 days week in summer.... they want me squating 500 benchin 380-400 and PC 270..im 17 by the way.. 6 3 and 215 ..play middle linebacker .. u think that is to much workin out?

i guess i dont have a choice i got to do wut they say lol but i just wanted opinions
 
2 times a day?...no need for that, 4 or 5 days a week with some plyos and cardio worked in is more than enough to see good gains with or without gear
 
dude coaches can sometimes overwork u....but u dont have a choice.

lift hard do plyo's do some sled work. and eat and rest rite.

this summer i am gonna work my ass off.....all american's are made in the off season my man.

yeah I agree even if the coach is an idiot he still is ur coach...but YOU can do YOUR part in essencial nutrition, hydration, supplementation, rest and recovery...train ur ass off bro and good luck...like country said all american's are made in the off season
