To Juice or Not To Juice....That is the question

It should be noted I'm not a 'big' guy. As I've said, I weigh 160... the girls like the lean, ripped, vascular look... and of course, my cute, young adorable looking face. :D

I don't think chic's dig really BIG guys... not all of them anyway.

I don't know what your build is like, but being massive is not necessary to attract chics.

I've been working out for about 3-4 years now (really serious for the last year and a bit). I've never taken any juice ever or any drugs for that matter. However, for the last 2.5 months I encountered some depresssion and bad times and as a result slacked off...you can even say I quit bodybuilding altogether. I've lost tons of weight...I'm down to about 155lbs again. My confidence is down like a son of a bitch unlike when I was 190lbs and feeling like the king of the world!

I'm starting from scratch now and for some strange reason I keep thinking about juicing even though I don't know much about it nor have ever juiced before. Maybe b/c I think juice is a short-cut to getting back up to 190lbs and even more!

Fuck man at 190lbs I felt like I got all the respect...now at 155lbs it feels like people walk right through me.

So I guess my question is:
1) When do you even begin to consider juicing?
2) How quickly does juice "aid" in the gains?
3) Do you think simply relying on muscle memory will get me back up to 190lbs much quickly than the juice?

Maybe I don't know what I'm talking about and these are stupid questions...

What you are feeling now is why many people continue to juice. The pumps aren't as good, and the weight on the scale continues to drop, no matter what you seem to do. The good thing is, you got up to 195 naturally... which means, you can do it alone. Muscle memory is an incredible thing. As I'm 5'7, I can relate that because of our frame, we look bigger. You must have been one big mofo. Due to the fact that you stopped bodybuilding in general, and probably ate for shit... of course you are going to shrink. However, this isn't the same reason a juicer crashes when he comes off his cycle. Regardless of the food he eats or the amount he trains, he can't be as big. To answer your questions...

1. When do you even begin to consider juicing?

When your feel your natural limit has been hit... and you have plateaud. This means, you should not touch a dart until you are back up to 195, naturally again. And, at that point... why you'd want to is beyond me.

2. How quickly does juice "aid" in the gains?

Juice adds quickly to gains. I've gained 10 pounds in the past 14 days I've been back on.

3. Do you think simply relying on muscle memory will get me back up to 190lbs much quickly than the juice?

Not quicker than the juice, but once you start eating your proper diet again, and smashing the weights... I think you will be surprise with your muscle memory. If you juice to get back up to 195, then what happens when you crash? Obviously, you're going to lose some of that weight. At 5'8, 195 and 10% bodyfat, you sound like you have a body that doesn't require juice.

Get back in the gym naturally and see how it goes bro.

Im alittle under 5'11. Id say at my current bf% at 190 Ill pulll in a good amount of tail. I just want the extra 20lbs...of muscle. i probably can do it naturally. Im going to start going hard on the creatine and I ordered some more periactin to make me eat like a horse.


But crazier is right. I remember having girls have their hands all over me when I was on cycle. It made me feel more like a man. I have a friend who is 240 with juice at 5'8. Hes pretty stocky. Id prefer the more vascular look...
