i respect and admire all of you who are making posts in reference to the banishment of members for no given reason, and those of you are are making it clear this is a user run board.

i also respect the moderators for their good intentions, and the efforts they are making to clear things up.

the truth is, nothing is getting accomplished tho...so what should happen here, is board members should ask specific, non flame starting questions, and something reasonable, just use your best judgement. then its the job of the mods to explain themselves to that member whether they are paying or not. if things dont work at that level, then go up the chain of command to get things done. im not really on anyone's side, but its just an obsevation that everyone is pretty pissed off, and things arent getting resolved. if we dont work together on this one, then nothing will change.

I absolutely agree with your statement, and I'll be more than happy to explain my actions:

Over the course of the last year, there have been a few women who just haven't been bashed, but have been harrassed to the point of it interfering with their personal lives. I know of 3 women in particular, whom, of course, out of respect for them I will not divulge. I am not the only one that is fed up with some of the shit the women on this board have endured from a few other members.

Of course, there might also be instances where men will also be the victim of harrassment, and if so, that's important as well.

Further, the owner of this board has previously expressed dissatisfaction with some of the shit women, on this board, have had to endure.....Again, if you have any problems please email a mod, or EF admin.
