I ordered back in February and have not received anything yet. But I PM'd CEO and he is going to try to help me even though I don't even know what an order number is.
I need to learn the proper way to handle my shit before I post here. I should probably read a lot more before I post too.
I also really appreciate that ceo is trying to help me when he certainly doesn't have to go out of his way to do so. I will be sure to be respectful to him and the sponsors now that I have started the process to get my issue resolved, and not post my grievances before I've gone through the proper steps to get them handled. By doing this, I should be an example to the rest of you who like to bitch publicly before taking the proper steps to solve any issue. Those steps are:
1. Submit a ticket to the support team...and make fucking sure you aren't using hotmail or msn mail or some other similar such service, since they will either send these emails to junk or block them altogether. A good idea would be to get a free hushmail or safe-mail account for these types of transactions.
If that produces no results after 3-4 days...
2. PM a Rep.
If that produces no results after 7-10 days (because those guys are busy on multiple boards)...
3. PM one of the head mods here like ceo, needtogetaas, or hurricane.
Following those simple steps should get any and all issues resolved without any further actions being necessary. We shouldn't have to post/bitch/whine/complain about it before we have gone through those steps to attempt to find out what happened and reach a resolution.
