i have basketball training (so tons of cardio and no lifting) that takes me from 9-12pm on sunday and thursdays
when should i eat...i don't want to lose muscle and i don't want to GAIN weight
is it ok to eat?
and what should i eat cause im hungry as fuck when i get home, but also tired i shower and sleep
