I hear ya about being too ambitious however one should take into consideration that my body is still relatively untrained compared to those who have trained for a number of years and have reached a period of stagnation. Anyhow.. I started my precision bulking diet/training program last week and I am into week two. I have had the initial water gains and I am already over 200 but still maintaining my leaness which is very encouraging. It is too early to tell if I have had any real muscle gains but I have a much fuller more massive look and over this 2 week period the surplus calories need to go somewhere.. so I am assuming a portion is contributing to hypertrophy. Only time will tell but I have been so exact with my eating and I really feel much better than the winter. Breaking the day up and keeping my carbs and training in the morning seems to be ideal..
