To Bridge or Not to Bridge ?

Yesterday was my last injection of SUST & DECA Ending week10 (This was my FIRST cycle). I've made some nice gains in muscle tissue, however begining week 8 to 10, I've lost a little bit(3lbs) of fat free mass (which wasn't the case during week1-8). Fat has increased also. When replying this thread keep in mind I am a hardgainer and also from past experience I have a GREAT tendency to loose muscle (last diet lost over 8lbs of muscle).

My plan was this:
Week 11 Clomid 50mg eod
Week 12 Clomid 300mg first day of week followed by 100mg ed
Week 13 Clomid 50mg ed
Week 14 Clomid 50 eod
(Yes i know Week11-12 may be too early for Clomid but I don't want to take any chance in loosing muscle!)
(Arimidex is obvious)

Then I MUST MUST MUST Loose at least 8lbs of FAT !! Before going to the SECOND cycle. I don't even know if 8lbs of FAT requires a cutting cycle? I better save the AS for bulking at my low bodyweight)

I don't know if I should BRIDGE between Cycle 1 to Cycle 2 ? And also with what and when to bridge?

Any detailed help would be very appreciated and Karma is waiting for you...
 
I would not bridge...This was your first cycle and I think you should be able to keep the gains with a proper diet and Clomid use. The most common mistake when coming off is lowering your cals post cycle trying to lose body fat and overtraining way to much to try and keep gains which is not what you want to do because your body can't recover as fast off as it can while on. If you have lost muscle mass while on then there is really something wrong with your diet. Keep the cals up post cycle (maybe even eat a little more then when on cycle) and lower the number of total sets in your routine. Make sure you get plenty of rest. Start the Clomid 3 weeks after your last shot as you had planned. Good luck keeping those gains

I have cut post cycle twice, and I have had good results. I don't think you need to bridge. I would start upping your cardio before you start dieting. Keep the cals up to keep gains. I also take creatine and glutamine while cutting, and it helps maintain my strength and size. If you do more cardio before you start to diet you can keep cals up and maintain gains. Then you can start your diet about a month after your clomid is done. I've used this twice to cut fat after bulking, and it's been very effective in fat loss and sparing muscle. Good luck Bridging is a bad idea especially after 1st cycle. your body needs time off.
 
Id change ur clomid to something more like this: 1 week after ur last shot 100 mgs ed for the next 2 weeks then drop it down to 50 mgs ED for the next 2 weeks...I've used this method before and it worked great for me. U can use clomid forever so start taking it before you have to and keep taking it a lil longer than u mite have to...its the best way to keep the muscle u have imo.
