First of all, I must say that this stuff taste amazing! A tad on the expensize side, but my friends who run my gym pick them up for me at cost, so I can get a 42 pack of Lean Body for $60. Not bad. I'm curious to know how many packets you guys mix at once. I find myself mixing 1 1/2 packets per shake because 1 packet doesn't seem like much. Each packet has 12g of carbs, and sometimes I like to have 1 1/2 packets immediately before bed. Do you think having a small amount of carbs (18g to be exact) from this shake at such a late time in the day would cause problems with my competition diet? What's the worst that can happen? I wake up in the morning and perform about 1 hour of cardio on the cross trainer anyway.
