Any of you guys must know how hard it is to achieve tip top shape for a competition huh.
If i was totally honest I am in 100% tip-top shape at the moment, especially for my age. (See profile for stats) However many of you guys who have gone into a competition with tip-top ripped, striated hamstrings and glutes will know just how hard this is to achieve.
This is something I am trying to work on at the moment and is the hardest for me mentally now with regards to diet and cardio.
Any of you top competitors out there got any tips? I know this is probably going to be quite a dead thread but any help at all is appreciated.
I have my first comp in November.
