to all my young boys thinking about AAS

I would like to write something about the fact that alot of younger guys (late teens and early 20's) are soo hyped about seeing fast gains that they start using AAS at an early age when in reality we have everything it takes to get big naturally, my work out partner is 22 years old and is HUGE without ever juicing! I swear you would think hes using! How many of you convinced your selves that ur going to juice and then changed ur minds? this is very rare, I would like to hear from any1 that thats happened to.

I juiced at an early age and too fast myself and wish I never done this because afew years later when I stoped using AAS and stoped hitting the gym I lost ALOT of muscle.

Please comment.

Good post.

If you start using AAS right away or only after a few years of training, then yuo are going to be using AAS as a crutch in training when it is only supposed to be used suppplementally to help break a plateau. Yes it is great after using the first time after 10 yers of training naturally. But you can still make gains after using it if you train and eat right only if you know how to do those things, and that take years.

Rediculous... maybe your friend just has great genetics and im pretty sure EVERYONE loses muscle if they dont workout...,

I get fat and loose muscle. Bad food tastes soo good and gets addicting... working out doesn't seem like fun..
But getting back into it is soooo much better!

You don't know your friend has never used, and I don't know for sure that he has..

But I suspect him..

SO many people vehemently lie about that shit.. makes me sick.. I always admit to using.

Yeah, we all loose mucle when stop working out but not to the degree its happened to me...dont get me wrong now that im back in the gym the gains and strength is coming on so fast plus im eating very good and muscle is coming back much faster...my squat went up by like 40 pounds in 5 weeks time. You can kinda tell if some1 has juiced, my eye seen alot of juice and none juicers. Guy I train with is naturally big...squatting 400 pounds like 5/6 times is pretty good i believe for natural strength at 22 years old and hes around 200 pounds height of around 5'11" This just gives u something to think about. But yes I also agree with ozzie87 genetics do play a part, but dont blame it on genetetics right awat this really takes time to get to know how your body responds to what..there is too many roles which play a part in growing muscle.

I think when you get into your 30's and your body settles down you really have the experience and know if you are pretty much stuck at your limits naturally or can more maturely weight the pros/cons of juicing even if you arent topped out genetically.
