TKD and Crum`s Diet

I`m considering a low-carb Diet(40 grams), and noticed TKD and Crum`s diet are similar except the timing of the Carb intake.
Which one do you think would be more beneficial, taking 40gr simple carb (dextrose) right before or right after the workout?
 
For performance, before. For recovery, after. My advice, use an NYC or ECA before, dextrose after and take some glucose disposal agents with the post wrokout meal. The diets are similar in that they limit carbs, but a TKD is more fat based, where crum's is more protein based.

I determined my protein/fat intake from Crum`s diet.
I`m aiming 2gr protein/lean lbm and 0.6gr fat/lean lbm.
Since my schedule doesn`t allow me doing morning cardios during the weekdays I`m doing cardio right after my workout.
In this case when should I take my 40gr Dextrose? Right after weightlifting workout(and just before the cardio session) or after cardio when I`m done with everything?
 
the crum diet isnt bad. i like it because all the meat your eating really fills you up STAY AWAY FROM SHAKES

before the workout, it will give you the energy to get through you workout, also when taking sugar preworkout you will burn it all off and your body will be forced to run off fats, if you take it after a workout your body will run off glucose
 
remember to drink a ton of water before workout. when youve been carb depleting your body is like holding no water as apposed to when you were eating carbs. the more water you drink the stronger you will be in the gym
 
Then the best idea seems to be combining these 2 diets.
Such as, taking the high protein % from Crum`s diet and Carb intake timing from TKD.
There is one more thing I`d like to consult you.
I`m also taking AS and approaching to the end of my cycle, in which I`ll take my last EQ shot next Monday and stay on Winny for another 4 weeks at 50mg/day.
I read couple of posts(including Andy13`s realy informative post) that suggest not to go too low carb diets when on AAS.
Would that be more beneficial going into a 45/25/30 diet (p,c,f respectively), smth like Crum`s modified diet, for the next 4 weeks and postponing very low-carb diet till the Clomid therapy?
