Titles

You know, titles don't really mean anything. It the person behind the title, and are they worthy. Their contribution, time, and effort in making EF a cool place to go. There are many here, and I say many, who doesn't even come to C@C. Some really use the information area's of the site. They also help out other members and such. I do not understand this Title stuff. To me its bogus. Being a Plat member I can see, because you paid dues to get all the board, but buying your way into a higher rank so you can ward off bombs and hand them out like tickets is just plain silly and immature. I think it has slid a little downhill. If everything wasn't so damn expensive you wouldn't have to worry about money (ebooks, and the like). To me its starting to get old. Bombing a plat member sucks, because they paid, now I could see having words with them and if they didn't change then ban, but to block all posts, even the good ones that might be informative is just plain sucky. The Karma thing here is so outta wack too..... all of a sudden everyone is a millionaire and what does that mean? Everyone's cool and has good info? A readjustment would be smart I think, but that is my opinion and I am just me..... no alter, nobody, just a person expressing thoughts.
