Tired, low energy, whats up ?

Do a google search for "cipralex fatigue" you'll see you're not the only one.

+1.

and having this issue while trying to build muscle is not gonna work very well. thats why I implore anyone who is on drugs to steer clear of steroid cycles. in fact its one of the steroids 101 rules sticky and for good reason. "If you are on every medacation under the sun you might want to tell people that. It could mean life or death. Just a thought."

I agree, if you're on anti-depressants, this just suggests your mental state may already be somewhat fragile. Not an insult, just an observation.

Toss in the risk of emotional/psychological issues related to hormone imbalances and you could end up a huge wreck.

When I use hard steroids that makes me crash hard, I find ssri's to prevent the down-mood, depressions etc. Started using cipralex when I came off of tren. Fatigue from SSRI preps are mainly an issue when your coming off them, the withdrawls are pretty nasty. However, the dbol/ssri effect described earlier seems like a very good explaination that I have not really thought about.

Steve: if you think one prep is "every medicament under the sun" then you need to take a chillpill. Shit like that is just ignorant and extremely irritating to the point where ppl can be excused for loosing their cools.

Fatigue from this particular SSRI has been an issue for people while ON, not during withdrawal. Might be worth *considering* a change in SSRI (for a couple of months). If it's creating sleep problems, this could be why you're so beat during the day. Just google "cipralex tired" or "cipralex fatigue"

If you prefer the SSRI because of energy / well being feelings, maybe look into replacing it with some other kind of stimulant (adderall, vyvanse) as they also support the release of "rewarding" neurotransmitters (like dopamine / seratonin).

If you just need to get through the day a med commonly prescribed for wakefulness for those with sleep disorders could help (provigil).

If you're still having fatigue issues AFTER you're done with all of the AAS then you probably have your answer via process of elimination.

Lastly, it might be worth checking into your thyroid and adrenals to make sure you're metabolism is straight. Being hypothyroid is no joke, shit ruins lives. Good luck!

like tical said earlier. your hormones fluctuate enough from cycling as it is. and I am a very stable dude. on cycle I feel like I am god, off I cry like a baby. well I am exaggerating but you know what i mean. when I was going through a stressful period with work I waited till I got that crap out of the way before I went on cycle, no way do i want to run a cycle and have ANY mental hangups.

so I would wean off those drugs first then do your cycle for maximum results. it isn't ignorant, it is solid advice.. your mental state can have a huge bearing on how successful a cycle you have.

That is true. Now my mental capability, mood etc is not an issue, never was, being tired however was an issue. I got some good answers and got some ideas to try. Thanks.
