Tips on eating cheap

p0inko

New member
ok, lets hear some tips on eating cheap, because i really need to make some of my cash stretch far right now.

cheap foods:
oatmeal
eggs
frozen burritos
cans of tuna (when on sale)

when do they put all the meat out that is about to expire? do they do that at night, or do they do that first thing in the morning?

does it make more sense to get a BJ's/Costco/Sam's membership and shop there over a traditional food store, or no?

do they ever have coupons for food that isnt pure shit (fruit rollups, lucky charms, etc.)?

anything else...im sure many would like to know

ramen soup.

ground beef
rice...very cheap
milk
generic/store brand veggies and other crap
pasta
frozen concentrated juices

yes, a wholesale club membership is worth it

actually taco tuesday is real

careful with what choas mage said cause of the estrogen

you can buy tuna in 8 packs at sam's for cheap
believe it or not though, chunk light tuna at the grocery store has been .67 per can for me recently and it is just like swallowing much whereas I have to chew albacore like all day.

you can buy nuts at sams at huge discounts.

same with any condiment like olive oil

avoid buying dairy products at sam's because they go bad before you can finish them like 55 pound blocks of cheese.

otherwise it's been a good deal for me.

how many cans of tuna is considered too much? i know it is loaded with mercury, and i really dont feel like going crazy or losing my hair.
