Tip for puffy nipples

For all you guys with puffy nipples,try cutting out all the gluten from your diet,worked for me,and for several other guys who i know.Try gluten free oatmeal,pasta,bread ( if you must eat pasta and bread,imo they are shitty carbs,play havoc with my blood sugar ) it will take a while,give it a try for 6 - 8 weeks.
 
Where's the gluten?

Working in a resturant, I learned with pasta to well-rinse it in hot water to wash away the gluten so it wouldn't stick.

Does that work here as an alternative, or is the gluten in the pasta as well as on it after cooking?
 
To be honest,i dont know the science behind it,this was a tip given to me by a british IFBB pro.At the time he was helping a masters competitor and gave him the advice,worked well for him and a few other guys i know,give it a try,you have nothing to lose
 
The science behind it is that wheat and gluten from wheat contain potent phytoestrogens which can hold water etc.
Rich Gaspari said the same thing and he is in the know on Nutrition, I have also read this I believe in a clinical nutrition text.
 
simply rinsing regualr past will not work. You will have to use rice or corn pasta. As for trying to eat a glueten free diet, GOOD LUCK. I haver to because I am allergic to gluten.

Oatmeal- out
bread- out
Beer- out- has barley
read the ingredients in most food, and it will contain wheat! Even soy sauce has whet in it in most cases.


Actually you will nees to eliminnate almost every grain in order to eliminate gluten. Even spelt and quinoa have gluten.

OH btw- I am also allergic to dairy- SUCKS TO BE ME!!!!!

So if bread is a shitty complex carb, give me a good one? besides oatmeal?
