Damn. I think that you mother or grandmother was right. You look unnatural and healthy. You should start a quick diet of hamburgers and mcd's to fatten up and look like everyone else.

I gotta give you some props. You've made some improvements in your physique. Actually, I think your bodyfat looks lower in the most recent photo.

I can tell you gained some weight, but how much is a stone? I think scotsman weighs 500 stone or something

na an average man is about 10-11 stone ... so for a small guy to put on a stone and a half is V good!! im acually over-weight, but due to muscle mass.

First pic I would say 11-12% mainly because you look very light. In your second picture it is difficult to tell because it's too dark. Post another pic. The darkness of the second one makes you look pretty solid compared to your first one.

with 14 lbs to a stone. the stone scale doesn't seem to be very accurate. don't the english use metric grams to measure weight?

we use pounds, but we abbreviate it with the letters LBS, which goes along with everything else we do that makes no sense, like making a foot 12 inches instead of 10, etc. etc...

Yeah I am 6'2" and around 300lbs now but not strong enough yet to compete with the pros, but at 28 I am also pretty young and have lots of time to gain strength and experience.

Try doing some low intensity cardio before you eat to help keep your metabolism going. Also try to eat high quality calorie dense foods. Avoid getting too much grease and heavy carbs.

LBS is shortened from the latin libres or book in english. As scroll/tablets were standardized they also became a unit of weight measure for commoners.

The foot comes from england where the kings foot was used as a standardized unit of measure. Can't remember which king it was but he made it law that all measure would be based on his foot. The twelve was a common incremental.

Miles were the distance between two casltes, and Ben Franklin made the first milestone machine that dropped a flat stone every mile to mark distances.

There's your useless knowledge of the day.
