Tiny Red Dots After 1st Injection Test E

Hey guys I pinned myself last night for the first time with 250mg of Test E. I used a 25g 1" and made sure everything was sterile. I woke up and noticed little red tiny pinpoint sized dots on my side lats and mid back. I can see a few on my inner bicep as well. I've read that it will go away after a couple days and also read the gear could be contaminated & also to see a doctor. I'm not sure what to do here. Any input would be greatly appreciated!

Sounds like an allergic reaction. Take some benadryl and see if it goes away.
