tiny rear delts, when to work them?

So I have never had any sort of rear delt at all, my shoulders look lopsided as heck... GOnna start doing some exercises, face pulls and bent over flies to try and exercisethem, but still can't decide if i should put them inat the beginning of my workouts or the end, and suggestions?
 
I do them almost at the end of my upperbody day. I do reverse cable flies or reverse "peck-deck" machine. The only thing I have after them are dips, chin-ups, and tricep pushdown. That might sound like it's not at the end, but these excercises are just finishing off the groups. Trust me, I hit my chest, lats, and triceps extremely hard in the beginning.
 
Yeah, will be doing some heavy barbell rows, since i'm just starting a 5x5 routine. But I want to try and do everything i can to catch up my delts. my lats have atrophied over the past few months too, but I know they will get back up to size, but i've NEVER had even decent rear delts :(
 
I work my rear delts with my back. My routine for that day looks like:

Deads 3x6
Weighted Pullups 3x6
Bent Over BB Rows 3x8
Close Pulldowns 3x10
Shrugs 3x10
Reverse Flys 3x12(light weight with very strict form and squeeze)

I've been using this split for a long time and my rear delts are one of my best looking muscles...
