Tiny painfull lump under right nipple?

Get guys felt some pain in right nipple had a feel and a tiny lump under it should I use letro am using 40mg nolva ATM any help would be great I already have plenty if letro should I use and what dose guys cheers !
I never had gyno from test I swear is this hcg I'm using first time I've used it

I had a little scare a while ago when I frontloaded my test combo at 2500mg. Tried Proviron first and it sorted it out completely. Maybe try that? Hit 100mg for 4 days and then dropped it to 50mg which I now stay on permanently while I'm on. You need some estrogen. Timoxyfen kills it.

Get what ya saying bro just shitting myself don't wont women's boobs ya know but looking at me you wouldn't even know but the tiny little lump is painfull man I'm worried ! Cheers pal I will try get hold of some of what you said I doubt my guy as it tho !

I've had a small lumps under my right nipple for years. I don't mind them because it's a good indicator of my estrogen/prolactin levels. If they get tender I know estrogen/prolactin is high. I typically combat with formestane. It won't make them go away but they will shrink and the tenderness will go away as well.

If you taking 40mg of nolva and thats not working its never going to work. Use your letro, its probably the strongest AI you get so if that doesnt help nothing is going to bro.

The LETRO should help you alot. If your still on cycle maybe cut back your dosages a bit
or remove items that could be to blame.

Be more specific about the letro pyramid you're using. How much when etc?
